Find Your Direction, Grow Your Skills,
Strengthen Your Impact

Every career has a moment when someone chooses to grow. To step into new challenges, understand themselves more deeply, and build skills that create real impact. The Compass Program gives professionals across Medina County the space to do exactly that.

This new professional development experience, created by the Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce and presented in partnership with the Center for Immersive Leadership, brings together personal growth, practical skills, and community connection.

Participants gain tools to understand themselves, communicate with confidence, support well-being, and engage with the community in meaningful ways. It is designed for professionals at every level, from rising talent to seasoned contributors who want to sharpen their skills and expand their influence.

Seats for the inaugural class are limited. If you want yourself or your team to be part of something meaningful from the very start, now is the time to enroll.

Program Overview

The Compass Program includes five interactive sessions held February through May. The first four sessions take place at the Chamber office. The final session and graduation will be held at an offsite location to be announced.

Participants do not just attend classes. They experience a guided journey shaped by local leaders, intentional conversation, and hands on skill building.

Each of the first four sessions includes a Foundational Skill Business Application, presented by a local Medina-area leader who brings the topic to life through real experience.
